Default Icy Veins + Rising Bile build

I started using this build on necromancer running with 3 heroes:

Monk : advantage over necromancer healer in hex removal + interrupt
necromancer 1 : SS
necromancer 2 : Jagged bones death nova minion bomber

I wanted to play something new, well at least so far as I am concerned. Something that did not duplicate the other two necromancers.
So I started using this:

By spreading the first 3 hexes around the damage is crazy.

The above is a PVE version but I tried a PVP version for AB - shrine cap'ing and it worked well too.

I am sure I am not the first to propose it, I just wanted to say it rocks.

Yes it is quite good for primary necs in pve since heros are better at microing mm/ss builds.

I'd switch out [Deathly Swarm] and [hexer's vigor] for something else. Besides that, i've actually been thinking of trying this build.

I run very similiar build at the moment, but i use [Technobabble], [Putrid Explosion] and [Power Return] instead of DS, HV and SoLS.
I run it with a little modified Sabway (Dwayna's Sorrow on MB and little SS modification).
At first glance PE seems counterproductive with MB, but it really speeds killing by dealing enormous AoE damage (i usually cast multiple PB and IV, causing domino effect with my Sabway and PE). Necrosis is very helpfull for fast killing single target with biles on it and PE after. IV while dealing small damage makes a very nice cover hex for biles and easily enables use of Necrosis.
PR is very good fast interupt, and Technobabble is my favourite Asura skill after PI. I got tons of energy just from SR by dying minions and enemies, so i don't need any additional energy management.

I'd personally drop Deathly Swarm, Pain Inverter and Hexor's Vigor for something else

Vile Miasma, Signet of Sorrow, and Rotting Flesh work nicely. As suggested, remove Deathly Swarm, Hexer's Vigor, and probably Pain Invertor.

Been running pretty much the same thing However, instead of Pain Inverter, tend to run foul feast, nice to keep blind and crip of my monks (We all know that the heros and hench need a little ahnd every now and then )

Never really been a fan of rising bile in pve since stuff usually dies pretty quickly so it wouldnt be that great unless used on bosses etc imo

Give the MM infuse condition and foul feast instead...because lol where did the conditions go? (That's what we call skill synergy folks.) Pain inverter does big damage to AoE casters+bosses, which is a huge threat most of the time. I also want to point out that blind doesn't effect skill casting .
